Did you know there is a theatrical production based on Degrees of Separation underway? How exciting is that?!
And the best part is that it’s the initiative of the very cool Tin Can Collective! I’m so honoured that theses super talented young women have chosen my big fat graphic novel as an inspiration for their play - and I can’t wait to see where they take it!

I’m keeping out of it, because who needs old me who knows absolutely nothing about theater to be micro-managing it all when it is in such capable hands. This means that I don’t actually know which parts this audition is for, but I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that maybe one of the is an Alison inspired character. And much as I am tempted to audition to play some kind of an adaptation of myself, I bet someone else can do way better. So go audition! And also buy tickets! The play will be performed at the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre in March.

Three cheers for cross pollination between mediums! And there will ever be an original score by Grace Clark
